Where do the seminars take place?
Seminars at a fixed date take place in Munich. I always choose a seminar room according to the group size.
Do you offer inhouse-seminars?
Yes, we do offer inhouse-seminars in the entire German-speaking area, including Luxembourg and South Tyrol. Beyond that area, the seminars are available on request, also in English.
How far in advance should I request for an inhouse-seminar?
Ideally, three months in advance.
If you are in more of a hurry, just enquire about a seminar date. Sometimes, we are available unexpectedly.
Which PCM Seminars do you offer?
You can take part in Seminar One or the PCM Advanced Seminar.
Upon request, I offer three more types conducted as inhouse-seminars. These cater to teams, leaders, or people, who are primarily interested in learning more about themselves, respectively.
You can find detailed information here. Subitem 2.1. describes Seminar One, 2.2. the Advanced Seminar, and subitem 2.3. contains information on our PCM Seminars on request.
What are the prerequisites for the PCM Seminars?
There are no prerequisites for Seminar One, or the PCM Seminars on request.
If you wish to take part in the Advanced Seminar, you have to complete Seminar One first.
How do I fill in the PCM questionnaire?
The questionnaire will present your personality profile in detail, as explained on the PCM page under item 9.
As soon as you have enrolled into your first PCM Seminar, you will receive a link which will guide you to the right website. I will provide you with further details in my welcome email, directly after you have made your booking.
Briefly, you can take as much time as you want to answer 45 questions. You should make yourself comfortable and make sure that you will not be disturbed.
There are no right or wrong answers. Don´t worry, just pick the ones which suit you best.
What can I expect from PCM Seminars?
We will carve out important PCM concepts. We will use short lectures involving flipcharts and other educational material. However, a vital part of your seminar are you yourself. We will have plenty of opportunities to practise communication or how to deal with distress, to name a few.
At the end of the first day of your Seminar One you will receive your personality profile. We will work with this during the whole Seminar One, as well as in other PCM Seminars. Your personality profile will accompany you between your seminars and afterwards, as well.
How can I apply PCM?
In your above mentioned personality profile you will get a wealth of information about yourself. It is presented elaborately in the supporting material and simple to understand. You can consult it in your everyday life or just read in it while relaxing.
The PCM concepts are easy to understand. However, practice makes perfect! Thus, we advise you not to put your skills to rest, but to keep at it.
I will send you off with exercices you can integrate into your daily life. It is fun to discover more and more of the PCM world. It lies in your hands to make PCM your constant companion in all situations.
What CRM Seminars do you offer?
There is a CRM Seminar for Beginners in which we shed light on crucial Crew Resource Management concepts. We then practise these concepts using group exercises. Having completed the CRM Seminar for Beginners, you can move on to the CRM Seminar for Advanced Learners. Here, you can read more about our CRM Seminars.
Who can take part in CRM Seminars?
Anyone who is interested and committed to their work can participate in the CRM Seminar for Beginners. Everyone can profit enormously from the knowlegde gathered in high risk sectors, such as maritime shipping, health care, or the railway industry. Whether you are in a leadership position or a teammember, does not play a role.
Are there any prerequisites for the CRM Seminars?
For the CRM Seminar for Beginners, there are no prerequisites. If you wish to take part in the CRM Seminar for Advanced Learners, you have to complete the CRM Seminar for Beginners, or a similar training course, first. If you are unsure, whether your previous knowledge is sufficient, just call me on +49 (0)159/07007237. I am happy to discuss this individually with you.
What can I expect from the CRM Seminars?
In the CRM Seminar for Beginners, yo will learn fundamental terms, connections, and concepts. For instance, you will hear how teamwork is carried out using CRM, and how to communicate safely, how to deal with human factors, and about decision making.
In the CRM Seminar for Advanced Learners, we will take you through how to reduce the error rate by using constructive error management. I will show you, how to maintain control in case of an unexpected event and carry on working calmly.
Further topics include situational awareness, how to reduce stress and fatigue succesfully, as well as how to deal with increasing automation in our work environment.
In both seminars, we will combine teamwork, exercises, and short lectures. Especially in the CRM Seminar for Advanced Learners, we will put CRM into practice.
How can I apply CRM afterwards?
After having taken part in one of my CRM Seminars, you will know how to work hand in hand with your team in an efficient manner, no matter whether you are a team member, or team leader.
You will know how to communicate with your team without losing vital information. For example, when you are distributing tasks, or having something important to say as a team member.
You will know about the human factors and how to deal with them.
You will minimise the risk of (costly) mistakes in your day-to-day life and, thus, save money.

What is included in the seminar price?
Included in the seminar price are the seminar scripts, your personality profile in PCM Seminar One, as well as further educational material.
I consider it important that these contain tips on how you can use what you have learned in your everyday life. Even after your seminar, you may want to reflect intensively one more time and discover connections to your own workplace.
Refreshments during the coffee breaks, as well as lunch are included, as are lots of fun, exciting exercises, and new contacts.
Travel and hotel expenses are not included.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer payment on invoice only. Please transfer the money to my bank account within two weeks after having received your bill.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Depending on the time, the following costs are incurred in the event of cancellation:
a) Cancellation of participation in the booked seminar 59 to 30 days before the start of the seminar: 30% of the agreed price,
b) Cancellation of participation in the booked seminar 29 to 14 days before the start of the seminar: 30% of the agreed price,
c) Cancellation of participation in the booked seminar 13 to 7 days before the start of the seminar: 40% of the agreed price,
d) Cancellation of participation in the booked seminar 6 days before the start of the seminar: 90% of the agreed price,
In the event that you withdraw from the contract at short notice (5 days to 1 day before the start of the seminar) or do not appear at the agreed place on the day of the seminar, the agreed price is due in full.
